These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by GOAT Trading Technologies.
By accessing or using our services through the Telegram bot or our website at https://goattradingbot.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any applicable policies published on our Website. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1.1 Blockchain: A decentralized ledger recording transactions across multiple computers.
1.2 Blockchain Network: A peer-to-peer system maintaining a Blockchain through consensus.
1.3 Bot: The automated trading bot known as "Goat Bot," accessible via Telegram at https://t.me/goat_buybot.
1.4 Company: Goat Trading Technologies, its employees, representatives, and affiliates.
1.5 Features:
1.5.1 Security Tools: Anti-MEV, anti-rug pull, and transaction protection.
1.5.2 Base Network Support: Enables interaction on the Base blockchain network.
1.5.3 Telegram Integration: Seamless bot usage through Telegram.
1.5.4 Custom Trading Rules: Personalized trading setups.
1.5.5 Learning Resources: Guides, tutorials, and trading insights.
1.6 Gas Fees: Network fees charged by blockchains, separate from Company fees.
1.7 Guide: Goat documentation located at https://docs.goattradingbot.com.
1.8 Native Currency: Ethereum ($ETH) on the Base network.
1.9 Services: Currently include:
1.10 Smart Contracts: Code-based contracts executing automatically on a blockchain.
1.11 System: Collectively refers to the Bot, Website, Guides, and all digital interfaces maintained by Goat.
1.12 Telegram: Messaging app where Goat Bot is hosted.
1.13 User: Any natural person who has an active Telegram account and uses Goat's services.
1.14 Wallet: Digital wallet for managing crypto assets and transactions.
1.15 Website: The official Goat website at https://goattradingbot.com.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto services in your jurisdiction.
2.2 Goat prohibits use of its services for illicit activities such as money laundering or terrorism financing.
2.3 You confirm that you are not on any sanctions lists and are not a politically exposed person.
2.4 We may block or restrict access to our services in certain jurisdictions.
3.1 To use Goat Bot, access it on Telegram via https://t.me/goat_buybot and select "Start."
3.2 You do not need an account to access public documents, support channels, or the Website.
3.3 We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) as part of our compliance procedures.
3.4 User access is personal. Sharing accounts or using others' credentials is prohibited.
4.1 All trading fees are listed in our Fee Guide: https://docs.goattradingbot.com/fees.
4.2 Goat charges a percentage-based fee on all buy/sell trades executed through the Bot. Gas Fees are excluded.
4.3 Fees are deducted directly from your Wallet post-transaction and are non-refundable.
4.4 You must maintain adequate funds to cover trades and fees.
4.5 We may revise fees or features at any time. Check the Guide for updates.
5.1 A Wallet is mandatory for using Goat Bot. One will be generated automatically when you first connect.
5.2 You can add up to 5 Wallets per account.
5.3 Keep your private keys secure. We cannot retrieve lost private keys.
5.4 Wallets may also be imported manually. The user assumes full responsibility for external wallets.
5.5 If you lose access to your Telegram account, you lose access to the Bot. However, your assets remain on-chain and can be accessed with your private key.
6.1 Goat may offer rewards and referral bonuses.

7.1 You may stop using Goat Bot by removing the Telegram chat and deleting your Wallets.
7.2 Goat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
7.3 Misuse of the Bot or any malicious activity may result in permanent bans.
8.1 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Goat's Services.
8.2 All content, materials, and intellectual property belong to Goat unless otherwise stated.
8.3 Redistribution, commercial use, or modification of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.
9.1 Use of crypto products involves substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
9.2 Goat does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
9.3 Our services are provided "as-is." No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding results.
9.4 You accept all risks related to smart contracts, market volatility, hacks, and third-party failures.
10.1 You agree to indemnify Goat from any claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
10.2 Suggestions or feedback provided to Goat may be used freely by the Company.
11.1 Goat is not liable for any damages exceeding the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
11.2 We disclaim all liability for indirect damages, hacks, key losses, regulation changes, or blockchain issues.
12.1 If any part of these Terms is invalidated, the rest remains in effect.
12.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms without notice. The current version will always be posted at https://goattradingbot.com.
12.3 All communication will be in English.
